There are many schools of thought when it comes to the perfect BBQ sauce. Most notably in the U.S. are Kansas City and Memphis style sauces. A thick heavy style vs the sweet and sour style. We here at The Savory prefer to have our cake and eat it too, so we made a hybrid recipe. Ingredients List: 3 Cups of Ketchup 1 Small Yellow Onion 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar 2-3 Tsps Hot Sauce 3 Cloves of Garlic 2 Tbsps Worcester Sauce 2 Tsps Liquid Smoke Black Pepper Kosher Sea Salt
