This morning we’re getting creative in the kitchen. Those thanksgiving leftovers don’t have to go to waste, Patty Mastracco is here to use them to whip up some yummy meals.
I’m taking my thanksgiving leftovers and turning them into something that we might even had last night. I’m working with crystal dairy, I love crystal because it’s local and it’s the freshest dairy from a local family owned farm which is always good.
I am starting with these little quiche cups and this is made with milk and crystal cottage cheese. I also use my leftover corn from last night and some leftover ham you can see in these little mini muffin cups.
I just use leftover vegetables that I had on hand and then I some milk and cottage cheese and and some eggs and then just poured in and baked it’s really easy. It’s a great and you make it ahead of time. You can pop back in the oven and it’s ready in no time. Yes and the other thing I have is potatoes to which I added some cheddar cheese and some egg and after I shape him I dressed in flour and egg and breadcrumbs. Just a really fun, leftover idea with mashed potatoes.
