The new year is when everyone wants to get on a new fitness plan. And or get there cooking and healthy eating underway. There are so many different diets out there. You’ve obviously got vegan and there’s Keto so there’s Atkins there’s cabbage soup diet. There are so many different diets. I think a lot of people get kind of boxed in to a certain diet like the Paleo one and if you go off of it you’re kind of… you’re really bad person. But ultimately I believe in a flexible approach. I think you shouldn’t cut anything out really I mean obviously limiting alcohol and junk food but if you can have a balance of fat protein and carbohydrates you are much more likely to stick to that into the long… into the future.
