Cooking up Seafood with Motown Bistro

Motown Bistro’s Chef Charles Williams cooks up some delicious seafood including stuffed salmon and lobster on the sides.

Seafood Stuffed Salmon

8oz filet of fresh salmon
1teaspoon of cream cheese)
1oz of fresh spinach
1oz of fresh lobster meat 2oz of whole lobster
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Make a small pocket on the side of the salmon. In a separate sauce pan on medium heat cook the spinach,cream cheese,and lobster meat on side until fully cooked. Let mixture cool for 20 minutes. Once it’s fully cooled down add it into salmon.
2. Heat sauce pan to a medium heat.
3. Add salmon to pan, sear both sides for 3 minutes each
4. Put In oven for 6 minutes so the mixture reaches its complete temperature and it’s ready to eat.
